E-learning platform for agriculture entrepreneurs.
We developed a new web site with useful online tools for agriculture entrepreneurs. This project included implementing new comunication channels, a customized e-learning platform , newsletters area and forums.
The project included the Carbon Footprint calculatio for 10 farms and their products managed by women farmers.
REDMUR is an awareness programme for entrepreneurs women farmers.
SOS Customer
New software platform for customer satisfaction survey.
SOS Customer is a software platform developed to measure customer´s level of satisfaction. In this project, Solid Forest developed a new instant messaging communication channel with customers. The system included online satisfaction surveys. With this new platform, customers can access the system using smartphones and QR codes. We also developed an App for iPhone and Android. The back office control system allows administrator access to survey results and to answer customers’ requests instantly. The SOS customer platform includes e-mail and SMS multilanguage management with automatic translation.
Cashrural Platform
Online shop for small farmers.
Solid Forest developed an on-line store of agricultural products. This was a FEADER and MAGRAMA project. Cashrural empowers small farmers with a new tool for direct sales. The platform development includes administration tools, users management, products management, forums and a safe payment platform.

Solid Forest helped us to improve our facility by developing its SolidEye Suite to capture and use video in environments and industrial processes in an automated way, not only in the offline analysis for accuracy and excellent quality of acquisition, but also in the online support decisions thanks to the rapid repetition of certain events. The Solid Forest team’s professionalism helped us enormously to successfully carry out our analysis, dissemination and training project in carbon footprints and in the sustainable agricultural products chain.
